1. Services

Celestive Studio specializes in creative design, animation, visual effects, and video editing services. The scope of work for your project will be defined in a detailed project proposal, which will be shared and agreed upon before the commencement of any work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project execution, you are required to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may result in extensions to the project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal. Typically, a 30% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges as per our payment policy.

4. Revisions

The project proposal will specify the number of revisions included in the service. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit will be billed separately. Any requests for changes after the final approval of deliverables will be treated as a new project.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related details. Celestive Studio reserves the right to feature completed work in its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

6. Ownership of Deliverables

Ownership of final deliverables will transfer to you upon full payment of the project. Celestive Studio retains the right to use design elements and assets created during the project for future endeavors, such as marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the project at any stage. In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for work completed up to the cancellation date. Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable.
